Policies for Cancellations
  • Due to the limited number of guest rooms at the B&B, advance reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

    Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night (or) 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, due at time of reservation and is payable by Zelle, Venmo, credit card, debit card, cash or check. There is an additional 4% charge if you prefer to pay by credit or debit card. If paying by check, payment must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.

    The remaining balance is due upon arrival and is payable by Zelle, Venmo, cash, check or credit card.
  • Cancellation policy for Individual Reservations:
    (When only one guest room has been reserved)

    Deposits are refundable less a $15 processing fee for reservations canceled with more than 14 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date.

    Guests are responsible for the total amount of room charges for reservations canceled in part or whole with less than 14 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date. A refund will be issued less the $15 processing fee if the reserved room is re-booked for the reserved dates.

  • Cancellation policy for Group Reservations:
    (When two or more guest rooms have been reserved by guests traveling together)

    Deposits are refundable less a $25 processing fee per room for reservations canceled in part or whole only if the reserved rooms are re-booked for the reserved dates.

    Guests are responsible for the total remaining balance due of room charges for cancellations in part or whole that occur within 14 days of arrival. A refund will be issued less the $25 processing fee per room if the reserved rooms are re-booked for the reserved dates.
